The fastest and most efficient way to place an order is through our
web site using shopping cart feature. As you navigate through our site
and browse the products, place items you want to purchase in your
shopping cart and select appropriate color option. Once you have
completed shopping simply use the check-out feature to provide your
shipping and billing information required to complete your order.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. You
will be able to check the status of your order by logging into your
account screen.
Pricing, Availability and Product Information
We offer very competitive pricing and unique selection of the design
products. We make every effort to ensure that all items shown in our
web store are available for immediate shipment and the prices listed
are the final prices. If the item that is shown is not available we
will update the product description with the expected arrival date.
Occasionally, it may occur that some items are backordered without
status notification. If the item or option that you ordered is
backordered, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
We present the products through images and descriptions based on
information from our vendors and personal experience of our customers.
Descriptions and product images are provided for the reference only,
as accurately as possible, and may not necessarily be completely
accurate representation of original product in actual conditions and
environments.
We reserve the right to add, delete and modify the prices, product

Sales Tax
Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% of the order value will be
automatically charged for all orders to be delivered to addresses
within the state of Texas.
Methods of Payment
Credit Cards
For your convenience we accept major credit cards, including Visa®,
MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases from us. You must be of
legal age to use credit cards. Submitting your payment indicates that
you authorize us to charge your credit card in accordance with the
agreement with your financial institution.
Please be sure to provide the exact spelling of your name, billing
address and telephone number used by your credit card issuer.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
To help to avoid possible delays when shipping to the address other
then your billing address we recommend that you register the shipping
address with your credit card’s issuing bank.
All fraudulent transactions will be recorded and reported to the
authorities for further prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a
money order or cashier's check. When paying by personal or company
check, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt of your payment
before the order is processed. $25 fee will be charged on all returned
checks.
Shipping Information
Shipping cost
Shipping cost quoted on the website includes shipping, handling and
insurance for ground shipping via UPS Ground Service (our carrier of
choice) or similar. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and
dimensions of each product. Special handling charge for heavy or bulky
items is added in addition to regular shipping charge for certain
items like furniture, lamps and few others. Whenever special handling
charge applies it is indicated as a part of product description.
Please, contact us with any questions regarding the shipping charges
or to obtain the quote for expedited delivery service.
Shipping Time
Once your order is received, the payment will be processed and order
will be shipped within 48 business hours.
We currently ship to 48 continental United States out of our Texas
location. The shipping time is 4 to 6 business days depending on the
destination.
You will be able to access tracking information through “My Account”
feature on our web site.
Damaged in Transit
Each product is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before
leaving our warehouse in accordance with the carrier’s guidelines.
Should you receive the product in a damaged condition, apparent or
concealed, you must retain the damaged product and all packing
materials and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we
can file the claim with the carrier and send you replacement or issue
a full refund and/or arrange for returning the damaged product to us.
We will not be able to accept any returns of products damaged in
transit after 48 hours of delivery, no exceptions!
Return Policy
We at Speranza Design Gallery are proud of our fine selection, highest
quality and reasonable price of the products that we offer. To ensure
you complete satisfaction, we offer a very liberal 30-day return
policy for exchange or full refund (with few exceptions that are noted
below).
Please, follow this simple procedure returning the products that may
have been damaged in transit, defective, shipped by error or simply
something you do not like.
Return Procedure
Products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from
delivery date. To qualify for a refund products must be undamaged, in
new, salable condition, in their original boxes, with all original
accessories and/or documentation and have an RA# (Return Authorization
#) issued by us. For RA# simply call (888)-SPERANZA or (888) 773-7269
during our business hours or send email to customerservice@speranzaonline.com.
We will issue a full refund (less S/H) or send you a replacement
within 2 business days after we received the returned item. Please,
note that we will be unable to accept any returns without RA#, no
exceptions.
The following items are not subject to return, refund or exchange:
- Shipping and Handling charges
- Special Order items. Special Order is defined as an item which is
not regularly stocked by Speranza Design Gallery and that we order for
you per your special request.
- Items ordered in unusually high quantities (more then 10 pieces of
same item)
Credit will be issued back to the credit card if payment was made
using credit card, or company check will be mailed to you if any other
payment method was used, within 2 days after we received the returned
item authorized for refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order of regular stock items at any time prior to
shipment by us. Once an item has been shipped, you will have to return
it in accordance with our Return Policy. Special orders can only be
cancelled if the order has not yet been placed with our vendor.
Special Orders
Special Order is defined as an item which is not regularly stocked by
Speranza Design Gallery and that we order for you per your special
request, or the items that we decided to offer in order to provide you
with the widest selection possible. The normal lead time for special
orders is approximately two to six weeks. We will keep you updated on
the status of the order, but we can not be held responsible for the
extended delay.
Special orders require a non-refundable down payment in the amount of
50% of the price of the item, with the balance payable once the order
is shipped to you. Special Order items are not subject to return for
refund or exchange.
Volume Orders
Volume Order is defined as an order of unusually large quantity of the
same item (more then 10). Volume orders may be placed on our regularly
stocked products and/or Special Order items. Volume orders may qualify
for a special Volume discount. Please, contact us for the quote or
with any questions.
Volume orders require a non-refundable down payment in the amount of
50% of the total value of the order, with the balance payable once the
order is shipped to you. Volume Order items are not subject to return
for refund or exchange.
